Recreate the Patron's Lunch or throw a British Street Party for the Queen's 90th Birthday

Guests at this summer's huge British street party to celebrate the Queen's 90th birthday will feast on Great British treats sourced from all over the UK. The Patron's Lunch will see 10,000 people gather on the Mall for a picnic-style lunch on 12th June. The guests will enjoy a hamper-style lunch at tables along the full length of The Mall, with entertainment and Union Jack flags and bunting a plenty. Her Majesty The Queen will be joined by the Duke of Edinburgh and other members of the Royal Family to celebrate the occasion. The party, which Princes William and Harry will also attend, will be the culmination of a weekend of national celebrations. Artists Impression of the Patron's Lunch at the Mall to celebrate the Queen's 90th Birthday The Queen celebrates two birthdays each year: her actual birthday on 21 April and her official birthday on a Saturday in June - this year on 11th June followed by the Patron's Lunch on 12th June. It is hoped that The Patron’s Lunch will inspire as many people as possible to host their very own Patron’s Lunch celebrations. These patriotic street parties will give local communities a chance to enjoy the fun whilst also providing an opportunity to raise funds directly for local initiatives and community programmes.
