Perfect for Halloween, these understated polka dot balloons will serve as simple background decorations to any Halloween party! With two designs, one orange with black spots and one black with orange spots, these balloons will add interest and colour to a party! Take a look at our pre-printed ribbon to match the balloons!
Each balloon measures 28cm (11"). Sold as a pack of 10.
Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee. -
