Party Packs Macmillan Morning

I don't think we can really opt for a more worthy charity to complete an event for. Here at Party Packs we joined thousands of others in hosting our own coffee morning!! I mean a room full of cake?? What more can you want. Here's just a few snaps of our morning, and maybe you could get some ideas for cake recipes from our creative staff members. These delicious cakes were a perfect little sweet treat. We had chocolate orange, Lemon and white chocolate and strawberry mini tarts. Very simple to make with a sweet pastry case, filled with a fruit filling ( strawberry jam, marmalade and lemon curd), topped with a fondant frosting finished with a small slice of your chosen fresh fruit.   Yummy chocolate brownies..... Beautiful zebra themed marble cake!!!! topped with a butter cream icing.       This lovely lemon sponge cake was one of the first to go!!!   These funky burger cakes went down a storm. Easy plain sponge cupcakes cut in half. The burger was of course choclate brownie. Dessicated coconut was dyed green with food colouring to be the lettuce and to finish off the look, yellow fondant icing was used as the cheese....... Oh not forgetting the popping candy on top for a little surprise!! Overall a very successful morning here at party packs!!!! Save Save
