Returns Policy

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, you can still return them unsued and in their original packaging within 30 days and we will refund you. Simply post your goods back to us enclosing our returns form.

*Please note we don't accept returns on helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or,  unless faulty, personalised products.


If you receive anything that is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will replace it free of charge if we have the stock available or fully refund the cost, including any postage if applicable. Please use our contact form or phone our office to request a Returns Label if you need to send any items back to us.


Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your order at any time up to 7 days after you receive the goods (see below). Please note that this policy has some limitations and does not apply to business customers.

To cancel your order, please contact us by post or via our contact form, giving details of the goods that you would like to return. You can speed up the returns process by printing off and filling in our returns form.

Please take reasonable care to ensure the goods are not damaged whilst in your possession, or in transit. In the case of faulty or misdescribed goods we will normally issue you with a prepaid returns label.

Once we have received the returned goods, we will refund you via the original payment method. Please note that once we have processed your refund it can take up to 5 working days for this to appear on your statement.

This undertaking is in addition to your statutory rights.
