Delivery Information
Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days)
These orders are usually dispatched with Royal Mail and will be delivered by your local postal service. This delivery option is not trackable.
- FREE for Orders Over £39.00
- £3.95 for Orders Under £39.00
Priority Delivery (1 - 2 working days)
These orders are usually dispatched with DPD. This is a signed for service but we can add a note asking for the driver to leave your parcel in a safe place or with a designated neighbour, however this is at the driver's discretion.
- FREE for Orders Over £95.00
- £6.95 for Orders Under £95.00
Priority orders placed by midday on Friday should be delivered by the following Monday or Tuesday and orders over the weekend by Tuesday or Wednesday.
If everything is in stock we aim to dispatch orders by the next working day. During particularly busy times this is not always possible but we will do our best! If we are out of stock of an item we normally hold the order until we can despatch it complete.
If an item on your order is out of stock and we are unable to despatch your complete order within 2 working days you will be informed quickly by phone or email and given the option of either waiting until the item arrives, making a substitution or deleting the item from the order.
If you need your order for a particular date please use the pop-up calendar to choose your 'Event Date' when you checkout. If we have any problems someone from our sales team will contact you either by phone or email. Please note if you have selected the Standard Delivery option, we can not guarantee your order will arrive by the date selected, but should arrive between the 2-4 day time frame.
We will send you an email on the day your order leaves our warehouse and this will confirm the delivery method.
Please give us an address where there is someone available to sign for the parcel, as, apart from Royal Mail, all other delivery methods require a signature. If the carrier is unable to deliver and leaves a card it is the recipients responsibility to contact the delivery company to arrange redelivery or to collect the parcel from the depot. If you have instructed us to leave your order i.e in the recycling box, or with a neighbour this is at your own risk. Party Packs can not be held responsible for items left on your property.

Addresses in the Highlands and Islands

For zones C or D your parcel will be sent out either with Royal Mail Special Delivery or with our courier and you need to allow 5 working days for delivery. If your order includes large items such as gas cylinders, standups or banquet rolls; your order is worth over £50, or the weight is over 2 kilos; we will send your order out with our courier and there is a £11.00 charge for this service. If this is the case we will email you to confirm this.
Overseas
Unfortunately, we don't currently send orders outside Europe.
Delivery to Overseas or International addresses are subject to different delivery charges. Prices are based on the weight of the parcel. Guide prices for a typical 3kg parcel are listed below. We will contact you by email if your parcel is heavier with full delivery costs and you can decide if you wish to proceed. The delivery times are approximate and vary due to customs clearance. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, which can vary from country to country. If you are unsure of what this charge will be, please contact your local customs office for more information.
All prices quoted are in UK sterling. It is the customer's discretion to convert our prices to their chosen currency.
BFPO
We only offer the priority service for BFPO orders. All orders will be charged at £6.95 unless the order is really heavy in which case we will contact you to discuss the charge before proceeding with your order.
