This wonderful star shaped foil balloon, in solid black, is a great addition to parties of all type! Design may vary slightly to that shown. Measures 19".

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
