Please note Helium Cannisters and Cutouts do not qualify for free delivery as must be sent with the Priority Delivery Service.

Returns

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them in their original packaging within 30 days and we will refund you.

*Please note we don't accept returns on helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or unless faulty, personalised products.
