1990's Retro Tattoos - Sheet of 20

To apply these transfer tattoos, cut up the sheet of 20 into individual tattoos using a pair of scissors. Cut as closely around the image as you can. Next peel off the glossy backing paper and apply the temporary tattoo to the skin. Press down firmly and rub well. Wet some tissue or a sponge and hold it on the tattoo for at least 10-15 seconds. Once the tattoo is ready, the paper should slide off the skin easily. Remove the paper to reveal your new tattoo!
