A great accessory to top off your American fancy dress outfit or when worn alone for a patriotic touch to any themed party, Independence Day July 4th celebration or sporting event! Each plastic topper hat features the red, white and blue stars and stripes design of the iconic American flag. They are a generous size and will fit most adults.
