This circular foil balloon is a beautiful decoration for celebrating the birthday of someone special. The design features the message 'Happy Birthday to you!" in fuchsia pink, white and gold handwriting style font for a personal touch, with the words decorated by a border of miniature printed balloons in light and dark shades of pink, black and gold.
