Clear Balloons with White Confetti - 12" - Pack of 6

These beautiful balloons are made from clear latex and come with white paper confetti which can be put in the balloons and if shaken and filled with helium will spread itself around to create a lovely effect.

The clear latex allows light to pass through them which will meet the confetti to form a lovely visual effect.

Top tip: Rub the inflated balloons gently with a cloth to create static to help the confetti stick to the sides for an even more magical look!
