The balloon arch is easy to assemble and comes with full instructions.

Each balloon kit comes with eight purple 12" pearlised latex balloons, ten neon green 12" latex balloons, six clear 12" latex balloons with lime green confetti, and a 2.5m long balloon cloud tape. Self-assembly.
