A central foil balloon featuring pop-art style graphics surrounded by blue and red balloons. These great value quality foil balloons will bring the fun you've been searching for to any movie night or superhero party! The bouquet arrives flat, so will need to be inflated with one of our helium gas canisters (not supplied in pack).
