A totally tropical balloon arch kit featuring summer colour balloons and tropical palm leaves! Great for beach or Hawaiian parties and summer events. It's easy to get set up. Simply air-inflate your balloons and tie the knots at the end. Then push the knots through the holes in the balloon decorating strip tape to create an amazing display!
