These stylish black, gold and silver latex 21st birthday balloons feature a white script font and will look fab at a 21st birthday party. Just fill them with helium or air and attach them to a black balloon weight with some balloon ribbon.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons.
