Just fill it with helium, add some balloon ribbon, and a balloon weight, and you're ready to give this balloon as a gift or use it as a fabulous room decoration.

Balloon measures 46cm (18") across.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
