Super easy pack to create a stunning red balloon display. Other than a bit of time, this pack contains everything you need to create a red balloon cluster cloud. We have included 3 different types of red balloons, that look great inflated to different sizes. You can't go wrong with this kit, just push the knotted end of the balloon through the holes in the balloon decorating tape and voila!

We want you to be happy with everything you buy from us. If you are not completely satisfied with any* of the goods you purchase, please return them in their original packaging within 30 days and we will refund you.

*Please note we don't accept returns on helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or unless faulty, personalised products.
