Congrats Grad White and Gold Foil Balloon - 18"

This is a super stylish Graduation balloon to give to a new Graduate as a gift. It could easily be made into a fabulous decoration at a Graduation party by combining it with some other gold and white foil balloons in a big bunch filled with helium.
The balloon has a white background with 'Congrats Grad' in a lovely gold script font with mortarboard hat and little stars scattered over the background. This balloon measures 18".

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
