Just blow them up yourself, add some balloon ribbon (sold separately) and tie them to your walls, windows, tables and chairs.

This pack contains:
6 x green confetti latex balloons
10 x neon green balloons

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
