Silver foil helium balloon in the shape of an ampersand (&) symbol. Use this symbol to to complete your birthday, wedding or other congratulatory message. Includes hanging tabs on the top, sides and bottom for various ways to display.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
