The design features 3 favourite LOL characters on a blue and pink balloon with hearts, stars and white triangles. It's a fantastic balloon to tie in with your LOL Surprise party decorations.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
