These clear latex balloons feature black confetti which clings to the sides of the balloon for a unique polka dot effect. You can use these pretty novelty balloons at birthdays, Halloween parties, 1920's themed events and more! To help the confetti cling to the sides, we recommend filing our confetti balloons with a few puffs of air and the rest with helium.
