19inch red star foil balloon. Great for decorating and celebrating parties!
Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee. -

*Please note we don't accept returns on helium canisters, hosiery, wigs or unless faulty, personalised products.
