Say congratulations to someone with this gorgeous gold and silver foil balloon! It features gold and silver stars all over and 'congratulations' in a white script font. It looks great as a balloon bunch with some of our other gold and silver balloons too. Great for Graduations, passing a driving test or exams, anniversaries, engagements or weddings.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
