Rainbow Birthday Foil Balloon - 46cm

A large foil decorated with spots and stripes in the colours of the rainbow and a large inscription reading 'Happy Birthday'. Product measures 46cm (18") in diameter.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
