Use our yellow foil balloon weight to anchor down a helium filled balloon display. With a shiny yellow foil finish, it has a plume of foil fringe at the top and a loop to tie the balloon ribbon onto. The design makes a great decoration on a balloon centrepiece when placed in the centre of a table and can be used to tie-in with your party colour scheme. Lovely for a tropical themed party
