Achieve the confetti scatter effect by filling the balloon almost to the top with helium and the rest with air.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
