Giant Heart Confetti Filled Balloon - 29"

A giant 29" clear heart shaped balloon filled with red and pink heart confetti. Sure to bring the love as a gift or as a decoration at your Valentine's event or window display. We recommend rubbing the balloon against clothes once inflated to make the confetti stick to the sides.

Suitable for inflation with helium. To inflate your balloons, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
