This wonderful pack contains one red, one hot pink and one pale, baby pink 18" balloon, red curling ribbon and a red balloon weight.

All you need is a helium canister (sold separately helium cylinder for 30 balloons) to inflate them and you can choose to make them tall for a decoration that stands alone or slightly shorter to use as a table centrepiece.
