These super on-trend clear latex confetti balloons are filled with blue tissue confetti for a fabulous display at any event. Use for birthdays, baby showers and other events. They look great with other blue decorations and tied in a bunch with other latex balloons.
To make the confetti stick to the sides of the balloons best, we recommend inflating the balloons with a mixture of helium and a puff of air. Each pack contains 5 x 12" balloons
