This fantastic bunch of 3 silver foil star shape balloons with silver balloon ribbon and a silver balloon weight would look great as a decoration for New Years Eve, Christmas or for any theme party! All you need is a helium canister (sold seperately here) to inflate them and you can choose to make them tall for a decoration that stands alone or slightly shorter as a table centrepiece.
