Blue Printed Confetti Dots Clear Bubble Balloon - 24"

A transparent 24" bubble balloon with blue dots all around the edge. This would be a lovely balloon mixed with some other blue latex or foil balloons as a decoration for a birthday, baby shower or Christening. It is different to regular confetti balloons in that the dots are printed on the balloons rather than having loose confetti inside which actually makes them easier!

Bubble balloons require the balloon to be inflated so that the seams at the side are smooth for the full 'bubble' shape. They have instructions on the packaging on how to tie them properly too. The balloon measures 24" when fully inflated.
