This selection contains items to cater for all of your guests. The Velour Fedoras are assorted in black and white and feature a printed band, in black or white dependent on the colour of the hat. Each band features "Happy New Year". The tiaras feature the same text as the fedoras, are black with silver glitter and feature a white feather. The foil horns are assorted in black and pearlescent white, perfect for the table or final countdown. The party beads are also black and white and will make either a great decorative piece or accessory.
