Decorate a cake or table at a 2nd, 12th or 20th birthday or anniversary with this beautiful foil balloon in the shape of a number two. The foil balloon has a metallic finish, and the stick is made from clear plastic. Easy to inflate and use, just blow it up with the straw, attach the stick and place on your cake or centrepiece.

Balloon measures 15cm (6"). Air inflation only. Comes with a food safe cup and stick as well as a straw for easy inflation.
