These assorted black and orange Halloween latex balloons come with a message reading 'Happy Halloween' and surrounded by bat and spider motifs. These balloons will be perfect for a children's or adult's Halloween party!
Each balloon measures (10"). Sold as a pack of 10.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
