Hip Hip Hooray Balloon Kit with Tassels - 91cm

This is a really eye catching decoration and is bound to be a big hit with party guests! The balloon has a tasteful cloudy finish and a cute hip hip hooray message and is pretty large, measuring 91cm (36") in diameter! This product also includes tissue paper tassels which can be attached to the clear string provided.

Each pack contains 1x 36" balloon, 9 tassels (3x gold, 2x pink, 2x blue, 2x yellow) and 1m of clear string. Tassels measure 20cm when laid flat.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
