St. Andrew's Flag Latex Balloons - Pack of 10 - 10"

Pack of 10 latex balloons featuring The St. Andrew's saltire. Each balloon measures ten inches long, and features a distinctive white printed design.
These balloons are fine to hang neck-up or neck-down, and can be hung from door frames, room corners, windows and even outdoors to celebrate St. Andrew's Day and other Scottish events.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
