Transparent Deco Bubble Balloon - 24" - Each

This totally transparent qualatex Deco bubble balloon can be used for professional balloon decorators to use in a display and for personalising with text using a special vinyl. It is made from stretchy latex and is blown up until all the creases along the seam are smooth therefore creating the bubble effect.
