They can be attached seperately to the wall or strung together to make bunting which looks fantastic over a cake or buffet table. Use with our other red and white circus themed balloons to make a balloon arch for a brilliant display

Each letter balloon measures 40cm (16") in height.

For air-inflation only. Includes a straw for easy inflation. These balloons are self-sealing. Not suitable for use with helium.
