Use our Peaky Blinders balloons as a centrepiece in combination with our black balloon weight and black balloon ribbon to complete the effect.

Suitable for inflation with air or helium. To inflate with helium, you will need to purchase a helium cylinder for 30 balloons or helium cylinder for 50 balloons. Many florists also offer an inflation service for a small fee.
